What we built
Supplier catalog sync
A national parts distributor's feed becomes 24,000+ live products across six categories: a full catalog sync every day, and an inventory refresh every two hours so stock stays current.
A secure feed pipeline
Each feed is pulled whole, checked for its required columns and freshness, and only then allowed to publish. A broken or stale feed never reaches the store.
Pricing and margin safety rules
Advertised-price floors are enforced automatically, and no product can publish below its cost.
Checkout and payment-capture safety
Cards are authorized at checkout and captured only after the order is confirmed, so a supplier order is never placed ahead of a confirmed payment.
The order-fulfillment panel
Where orders are confirmed and sent on to the supplier, and where branded tracking emails with carrier links go out.
The owner operations dashboard
A safe-to-sell light, catalog health, feed freshness, and who owns each next action, on one screen.
Health checks and alerts
Scheduled checks watch the sync, the feeds, and the orders, and send an alert when something goes stale or fails.
Backups, rollback, and releases
Hourly backups with a tested restore, and a release process where every change is previewed first, keeps rollback copies, and verifies what it installed.
Security hardening
Locked-down staging, scrape protection, and a secret scan on every code push.
The catalog is live; public checkout opens once the final launch checks clear.
